Planning a wedding in Morocco from abroad

You live in London, Paris, Montreal or Dubai, and your wedding will be celebrated in Morocco. Distance is not an obstacle — it simply changes how we work together.

01

What distance actually changes

A project run from abroad asks for two things: decisions taken on clear documents rather than on site visits, and a capable team on the ground in Morocco for everything that cannot be done remotely.

That is exactly our setup. Design is shared over video calls and documents; fabrication, logistics and install happen in Morocco, with our own teams.

02

How we work together

A first video call: your story, the date, the venue if it is already chosen, the guest count, the world you have in mind.

We scout the venue for you. Photographs, measurements, access constraints, rigging points, power supply: you receive a precise survey without having to travel.

Concept and art direction reach you as documents: moodboards, palette, materials, floor plans and 2D or 3D visuals. You approve images, not promises.

Production starts in Morocco. You follow progress through photographs and regular calls.

Install happens in the days before the event. By the time you land, the setting exists.

03

If the venue is not chosen yet

That is common, and it is not a problem. We can help you understand what each type of venue implies for scenography: a medina riad, an open estate and a reception hall call for neither the same set nor the same production budget.

We are not a wedding planning agency and we do not negotiate venues on your behalf. What we will do is tell you plainly what a venue allows or rules out, scenographically and technically.

04

What we take care of

Concept and art direction, scenography, decoration, floral, structures, lighting and technical, bespoke fabrication, logistics, install, on-the-day coordination and strike.

These are our crafts, and they sit in one team. You deal with a single point of contact for the whole environment of your event.

FAQ

Do we need to travel to Morocco before the wedding?
It is not essential. Most decisions are taken on documents and video calls. If you do come, we arrange a venue visit and an on-site project review.
Which language do we work in?
French or English, whichever suits you.
How do we follow progress remotely?
Through regular video calls and photographs of fabrication and install.
What about time zones?
Morocco sits one hour from continental Europe for part of the year. For North America or the Gulf, we schedule calls in slots that work for you.

Let's talk about your wedding, wherever you are.
