Workshops, structures, logistics, install, technical direction, strike: the invisible half of an event is the half that decides whether it works.
Design & preparation
Floor plans, site surveys, install schedule, rigging points, power supply: production starts long before the workshop.
Fabrication
Bespoke pieces are drawn and then built: sets, furniture, cladding, scenographic elements.
Structures & storage
Marquees, aluminium structures, floors and ceilings are prepared, checked and pre-assembled before leaving for site.
Logistics & transport
Loading, routing and site access — a medina riad and an open estate do not impose the same constraints.
