Casablanca
The city of large volumes and twentieth-century architecture. You compose with rare ceiling heights and a direct light, for receptions that own their scale.
Moya Décorations designs and produces celebrations drawn for one venue, one family and one date. Never the same twice.
Manifesto
Decoration is laid over a venue. Scenography transforms it. That is the whole difference between dressing a room and giving it an architecture: volumes, circulation, and light that tells you what hour it is.
The House works with the country’s craftspeople — zellige, carved wood, weaving, chased brass, sculpted plaster. These are centuries-old gestures with a discipline of their own: they do not bend to a deadline, they set one. Bringing them into contemporary scenography means working with that time rather than around it.
Nothing is taken from a catalogue. Every celebration is drawn and then produced by the same team, from the first sketch to the last candle — because an intention is lost precisely where the drawing passes into other hands.
Where we work
The city of large volumes and twentieth-century architecture. You compose with rare ceiling heights and a direct light, for receptions that own their scale.
Riads, palm groves and patios: a setting that already exists and asks to be revealed rather than covered. This is where scenography is at its most discreet, and its most demanding.
A capital’s restraint, gardens and houses that call for elegance without emphasis. Celebrations here ask for precision more than effect.
Atmospheres
This series will be published here once the shoot is complete. Until then, the work speaks better than mood images.
